The whole team at CELLA thank you for purchasing our product and we hope it serves; you, your wines and beverages for many years to come - our products come with a 3 year parts and labour warranty as standard which is also extendable for piece of mind.

In order to register your appliance, please complete the below form we will email you back to confirm that we have received the request and to request proof of purchase, we will confirm once the appliance has been registered.

For in warranty servicing - should you experience any issues within the warranty period, your repair should be facilitated by the retailer purchased from or local distributor.

For out of warranty servicing - please log your case via the 'request service page' below and we will handle the case directly.

Important information - to activate your warranty you must register your appliance within 3 installation, should this not be completed we are unable to cover the labour for any service visits and will be passed on to the end user.
